Real winter has arrived to Zakopane today! Heavy snow falls since very early morning and we have 5 cm of snow already! What we can see behind the window, it is not going to stop snowing at all and fluffy snow cover is getting thicker and thicker with every single minute! If it continues, children will have a chance to make the first snowman this winter! Road conditions are very difficult and those drivers who have not changed the tires for winter ones, can be in trouble because there is a lot of snow on the roads! Let’s hope that this year our road service is not surprised by winter this year.
There is also a beginning of winter season, that all fans of skiing have been waiting for so long!! Ski lifts owners and all ski rental places are ready to welcome first skiers!
Christmas and New Year’s Eve is coming soon! There are only few left places to stay in Zakopane. Everybody wants to spend this very unique time of the year in the Polish Capital of the Tatra Mountains. There are many attractions at this time in Zakopane. There are lots of parties around Zakopane in all traditional inns, restaurants and pubs.
